Randy Cooper is the Director of Construction Risk and Safety at the Rasmussen Group, with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He specializes in managing risk and safety programs, advising leaders on safe work practices, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.

Previously, Randy served as the Safety Director for the Midwest Region at CRH Americas Materials, where he developed and executed safety programs, conducted risk assessments, and led emergency response plans. His leadership also extends to overseeing operations in paving and construction.

Randy is dedicated to fostering a culture of safety excellence at the Rasmussen Group, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance across all projects.
