Courtney Maxwell

Human Resources Director

Courtney joined the Rasmussen Group in July of 2021 as Human Resources Director.  She currently oversees the areas of HR operations and compliance.  She started her career in retail management before transitioning to Human Resources over 10 years ago where she has held progressively responsible positions in Human Resources management. 

Courtney grew up in Davenport, IA, and relocated to Des Moines in 2013 where she began her HR career within the construction industry.  Courtney possesses experience in several aspects of Human Resources including union negotiations, employee relations, recruitment, payroll, performance and talent management, leadership development, and coaching teams through change, such as acquisitions and divestments.
